When is my order processed?

All orders paid on-line or by money order are usually processed with 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday except holidays.

All orders paid by check will normally be processed within 24 hours after the payment has cleared. Orders clearing on Friday will be processed the following Monday except holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, you are welcome to either change or cancel your order. Please contact us with the appropriate information and we would be happy to honor your request.

What shipping methods are available?

All domestic standard shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail.

For domestic express shipments, we offer Priority Mail and Express Mail Service.

All international shipments are sent via air letter post

Will sales tax be charged on my order?

Rhode Island residents are required by law to add 7% sale tax, or provide a resale certificate.

Can I have my order drop shipped to a different address?

We would be pleased to drop ship your item to a different location for you. Please be sure to include the new address in the message section when making your PayPal payment, or include the new address with your payment if paying by check or money order.

Is my item guaranteed to be in stock?

Although there is an excellent chance that your item will be in stock, all of our merchandise is subject to prior sale. You will be contacted immediately if an item has been sold and is not in stock. We also encourage you to contact us if you would like to check availability before placing an order.

Since most of our merchandise is factory overruns, we do not backorder merchandise.

Postage and handling for international orders is $6.00, and all shipments are sent via USPS Air Letter Post

Do you accept phone orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders at this time.. If you would like to place an order, we encourage you to either place an order on-line or print a copy of your order and mail it to us with either a check or money order.
