The hoops measure approximately 1" from top to bottom and have hypoallergenic surgical steel posts. Since this is not a finished product of the Swarovski company, we can't say that it's a "Swarovski" item. However, we can say that the Swarovski company manufactured the stones used in this product, and everyone knows that these stones are of the highest quality. This item is brand new and made in the usa at our factory located in Cranston, R.I.
