The CZ has many, many facets in it's clear interior and is set in a way that the entire stone is exposed. The 4 Prongs are highlighted with petite round-cut CZ's set in Sterling Silver Electroplate, and there are more CZ's on the shoulders.
The Shank is covered in polished 14K Gold Electroplate and there is open work between each Prong arm. It's big and bold and beautiful!
