Returns and Refunds

The vast majority of our customers are delighted with their purchases, however, should you decide to return your merchandise for any reason, we will cheerfully issue you a full refund minus shipping charges providing the following conditions are met:
 
You must notify us by email within 72 hours of receipt of the item(s)
 
Return must be postmarked no later than 7 days after notification of intent to return, using the same or similar shipping method, and insuring for the full purchase price
 
Item(s) must be returned in the same original condition as received with no alterations or damage
 
Providing that the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of your returned item(s)
