DISCOUNTS:
How does your discount structure work?
We offer a 2 tiered discount structure that provides discounts for purchasing multiple pieces of the same item, and also offers additional discounts based on total order value. The product discounts range from 25% to 45%, and additional total order discounts range from 3% to 15%.
PLACING AN ORDER:
Do I need an account to place a wholesale order?
Yes. We have a very simple form that simply allows us to learn a little bit about you and your business
Do you require a minimum dollar value or minimum piece quantity to place a wholesale order?
We do not require a minimum order, however, you will receive a larger discount if you purchase additional quantities of individual items.
How can I see your wholesale prices?
As soon as you create an account and we receive your wholesale information form, we will approve your account so that you will be able to see the prices on the website.
Do you backorder products?
We do not backorder products. In the rare case that an item is not available, we will notify you before processing your order.
If you do not have the full quantity of an item that I ordered, will that affect my discount?
No. We will gladly honor the same discount level even if we are not able to fill the entire quantity ordered.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?
We are pleased to accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. Please note, however, that we do not accept mailed checks or money orders for international orders.
Do you accept e-checks?
E-check payments are gladly accepted through Paypal.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Do you provide international shipping for wholesale orders?
We are happy to provide international shipping for wholesale orders, however, we are not able to ship to all international destinations. Please check our list of restricted countries to see if your country is excluded.
What payment methods do you accept for international wholesale orders?
We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal.
What shipment options do your offer for international shipments?
All shipments are sent USPS Global Priority Mail (insured).
What is your return policy for international orders?
We will be happy to provide a refund for the value of the merchandise as long as the item is returned in its original condition, and is postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to pack returns mark packages carefully. We are not responsible for broken merchandise or lost shipments.
SHIPPING:
What shipping methods do you offer for wholesale orders?
All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Is it possible to use my account with UPS to have the shipping billed directly to my account?
If you believe that this would be a major cost savings to you, we would be happy to consider your request.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. All shipments both domestic and international are insured.
How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 24hrs of receiving a cleared payment. E-check payments made through Paypal, however, may take several days to clear and will be held until payment has cleared.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
We will be happy to provide a refund for the value of the merchandise as long as the item is returned in its original condition and is postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to pack returns mark packages carefully. We are not responsible for broken merchandise or lost shipments.
Do I need a return authorization number to return an item?
You do not need an RA number, but please be sure to include a note with your return stating your order number, item number, and reason for your return.
